I have a WiFi iPad and was able to use Find my fiends until I installed iOS 13. Getting the message that this device does not have the required features. Any ideas?

I have a WiFi iPad and was able to use Find my Friends app until I’ve installed iOS 13. Do I now need the GPS feature to use the app or is there another way?

iPhone findable after switched off not working! I have my iPhone 13 and I tried testing this feature to track my iPhone even if it's switched off. I gave my iPhone to my brother while it's switched off. Bluetooth and WIFI both turned on. My brother has the same iPhone 13 with Find my network turned on and Internet connection on. He jumped on a metro and travelled a lot but I wasn't able to see my phone's location updating in FindMyApp. Why it isn't working?
