Installed Catalina and music(browse) not working

Just installed Catalina and now when I open Music (Browse) gives a "an error occurred - try again"

Also in Music no art work loads as a preview? Also when you do a search no artwork loads?

I see you're having issues getting content and album artwork to load in the new Music app on a Mac.


If you're running any security software like Symantec, Kaspersky, or McAfee, consider removing it, rebooting the Mac and testing again.


If the issue continues after doing that or if you are not running security software, reach out to Apple Support for additional help.
