Installed Catalina and music(browse) not working

Just installed Catalina and now when I open Music (Browse) gives a "an error occurred - try again"

Also in Music no art work loads as a preview? Also when you do a search no artwork loads?

Music won't play after upgrading to Catalina 10.15.7 I updated my OS to Catalina 10.15.7 yesterday and now Music isn't working. I can open Music and see my library but when try to play any song or playlist nothing happens. The control changes from "play" to "pause" but the time marker won't progress beyond 0:00. If I manually drag the time indicator to mid-song nothing happens. I've rebooted twice with no effect. Did the last update break the Music app?

Catalina: Music Genius constant errors I loved the iTunes music genius feature. I have a very large music library (≈95000 songs) and it was a quick and easy way to create new playlists. I then made the very large mistake of upgrading my media mac to Catalina. For awhile, genius continued to work, but it wasn't updating with newly added songs in the library. So, I made an effort to try and fix it during quarantine. Mistake № 2. Most of the forums suggested turning Genius off and then back on again. Well, it refuses to turn back on. I constantly get error (4001) when I try to send my genius information to apple. I managed to capture a screenshot this time which I've attached. It seems there is some sort of a time out error occurring: MZStore.MXUserCollectionsProgressPage.takingTooLongMessageTimeout The only entry I've seen in the discussions had a very unhelpful post linking to a list of iTunes/Music errors, which of course doesn't include 4001. Any useful advice would be much appreciated.

Music Crash in Catalina Hi, I've done a clean install of Catalina on my 2012 MBP and also moved the location of where my MP3 files were saved. When I select "Use this location to find missing files" in Music, it crashes and closes, please see crash report below. I've tried new installations, new users, safe mode, but nothing will rectify it. Can anyone please help? Literally pulling my hair out. The log was too large to upload, hope I've I've included the part needed. Thanks Darren

I see you're having issues getting content and album artwork to load in the new Music app on a Mac.

If you're running any security software like Symantec, Kaspersky, or McAfee, consider removing it, rebooting the Mac and testing again.

If the issue continues after doing that or if you are not running security software, reach out to Apple Support for additional help.
