Final cut pro X 10.4.7 is causing weird fragments in the UI

After I installed Final cut pro X 10.4.7 I could saw the performance improvements, however, when I right click or I try to open a menu, the screen will start showing weird fragments. I attached some screenshots. This is not exactly how it looks like to the user so i will attach a picture too.

This is very weird and makes imposible for me to work with videos anymore. I can do some basic editing but that's it.

Have anyone encountered an issue like this?
