Final Cut Ken Burns Auto Zoom Issue

Hello my friends... I hope someone can help me out with this because it is driving me crazy. When using Final Cut Pro and applying the Ken Burns effect it keeps zooming in as soon as I click on the green start box. This makes it really hard to figure out where I am placing the start and end boxes. It didn't always do this but for some reason this problem has started recently. Thanks! :-)

Try resetting your preferences. Hold Opt-Cmd as you relaunch the application,
