hello how are you, ok I guess i owes you guys money for iTunes ok paid it but now every time I put a card on my file it takes $8.49 off it did it twice on my old card put another one on there it took it off 3 times. Now I can’t download anything cause it says I still owe money ad I don’t see how you guys took ore than enough money actually more than I owed.

They are doing the same thing to me I literally do not download anything and have no subscriptions but every time I go to Download something to say and I owe them money and won’t let me download then I change the card and I pay them I know next time I do it it will say the same thing I don’t understand how I owe them money if I am not buying anything it makes no sense
I have been taking money from my bank account and I did not do the activation of one of the games played worth £9.99
every time happened to me when I put my bank account can you help me to get money back
