I recently updated my phone to this current iOS. It used to connect with no problem in my. Now it won’t connect and/or will connect for about two or three seconds and drops. I’ve also had difficulty with my podcast app showing covers of the podcasts.
The Bluetooth connection in my car is my biggest concern. It’s not working.

I understand you are having isues with Bluetooth connections and you are not seeing the covers in the Podcast app since updating to iOS 13.1.2. Are you having trouble with accessories like headphones, or are you asking only about your car? What is the make and model of your car?
If you have not already done so, please restart your iPhone after updating it, and check to see if there is a software/firmware update for your car.

Are you saying that you can't see the artwork for all of your podcasts since updating to iOS 13.1.2, or specific ones? Does the podcast itself play correctly? If the Podcasts app doesn't refresh the artwork after restarting your iPhone, try deleting one of the podcasts with the missing artwork, restart the iPhone and add it again.
