PUK code

Hello!

I have an iPad mini 2 that has cellular capabilities but I haven’t used cellular for over two years and only use it in wifi.

now it’s asking for a PUK code.

i have reseted the iPad and still asking for the PUK code. How do I fix this?

The PUK is a code that is used to reset your SIM card after too many SIM password failures.


If your SIM is still valid, look on the SIM's carrier card or envelope to learn your PUK. Or, ask your cellular service provider to tell you the PUK.


If your SIM is invalid, get a new SIM if you wish to use cellular internet service on your iPad.


By the way, have you been paying your cellular service provider all this time for the SIM that has sat unused in your iPad for the last two years?
