Red Apple logo blink when booting Recovery mode

Hi!

I have MacBook Pro with Touch Bar 13'' 2.4GHz 256GB Space Gray (MV962) 2019

When I go to recovery mode on my Mac (press Command (⌘)-R) Apple logo turns into a red square for a second and then again it is normal (white). This happens every time when I go in recovery mode. When I turn on my MacBook (without recovery mode), this red logo does not blink (everything is fine). This red logo appears only when I go in recovery mode by Command (⌘)-R. This issue starts after update to Catalina and downgrate to Mojave. I tried to reinstall macOS via Recovery mode (Mojave and Catalina), but this red square still exists.

I opened Installer log in my Recovery mode and noticed that here I have some errors. Maybe these errors related to this red logo, don't know. I attach my Recovery logs. I tried to reinstall my macOS, but this doesn't help. I tried to reset VRAM/PRAM but this doesn't help. I read some topics where people recommend to reset System Management Controller (SMC), but didn't try this as I don't know if this safe.

Is it a software glitch or hardware issue? What is it?

Thanks for your help!
