You inadvertently installed adware. You do not need to download or install anything to fix it.
Navigate to the following folder, and post its contents in a screenshot:
~/Library/LaunchAgents
To open that folder, copy the entire line above and paste it in the Finder's Go menu > Go to Folder... field. Make it look like this:
... and click the Go button.
A Finder window will open. Take a screenshot showing all that folder's contents, and post it in a reply. To learn how to do that please read the Appendix in the following User Tip: Writing an effective Apple Support Communities question.
Usually, there is nothing in that folder so don't be surprised to find it empty. The reason for starting with that folder is to eliminate other potential causes before proceeding with steps that will identify and eradicate whatever is affecting that Mac.

It's akin to malware in that it had so so much damage to so many user's Macs. Remove it and don't use any "cleaning", "optimizing", "speed-up" or anti-virus apps.

Okay, here it is. I do remember an Adobe Update window showing up on my screen about 6 months ago and I figured out it was a scam, so that is likely it.
Here's my screenshot. I'd like to point out that like everything else SOFTWARE related (not hardware), Mac gets it wrong. You can see from this screenshot that there is NO WAY TO TELL what folder I have screenshotted - but here you go, this "navlibx" will damage your computer message is almost incapacitating.

It's not a virus and you've install what is considered by most of us here to be akin to malware, CCM. Uninstall it ASAP according to the developer's instructions: How to Uninstall CleanMyMac X - MacPaw.
Download and run Malwarebytes. It should remove it safely.
It was developed by a long time contributor to these forums and a highly respected member of the computer security community.

Having succumbed to installing a "cleaning" scam demands an entirely separate recovery procedure.
For clarity, are you saying that Clean My Mac X is like malware and I should remove it from my computer? I purchased it.
