Sharing iTunes libraries via network between High Sierra and Catalina

I recently updated my new MacBook Pro to OS X Catalina (10.15). Because it has a smaller hard drive, I used to stream music from my 2011 MacBook Pro that can only run High Sierra (10.13.6). With the changes made in iTunes between the two I can't find a way to do this anymore.

I have turned on file-sharing and home sharing on both but I can't find any information on how to duplicate this feature with the most recent OS X update.

Once Home Sharing has been enabled in both computer then in the machine running Catalina you should be able to click the word Library in the side bar of the Music or TV apps to see the remote library. iTunes must be running on the other machine.
