Screen shot does not function, is there a fix?

Safe Boot from the HD, (holding Shift key down at bootup), does the problem occur in Safe Mode?

Safe mode attempts to repair Disks & clears lots of caches, so if Safe Mode works try again in regular boot.

Screenshot no longer works I’ve checked the Apple user website and the method they advise (pressing the home and power buttons simultaneously — which worked before an iOS update) no longer works. Has anyone else had this problem? Is there a solution?
