iCloud breach
I keep receiving calls from a number that matches apple number 1-800-692-7753 about my Apple ID has been breached.

Those are scam calls. As is the case with most scam phone calls, the number shown is spoofed and is not the actual number that is originating the call. Apple does not make unsolicited phone calls.
