Why are some webpages so small when loading on my ipad after update ? It only covers half the page anyone know if there is a setting to get it back to full page

I see that you're having a problem using Safari on your iPad after upgrading to iPadOS. Some pages are smaller when you open them, and I'm glad to help.
Browse the web using Safari on iPad -- Make sure that "View the mobile version of the webpage" hasn't been engaged.
