iPhone automatically answers phone calls after ca 3 sec.

After ca 3 sec, my iPhone 13.1.2 answers my incoming phone calls before I get a chance to take the calls.

And if my iPad is on, the incoming call to my iPhone will transfer to the iPad and the iPad answer it instantly.

I can not find an "Auto answer call" as there was in the old iOS´s.

What can I do?
