It depends on what is causing the CD to be stuck in the drive.
Does the CD attempt to eject, but it gets pulled back in? If so, then maybe the CD slot is blocking the disc maybe because the slot is slightly compressed or the felt in the slot opening has gotten wet and is hardened.
If the CD doesn't attempt to eject, then hold down the Trackpad or left mouse button as you start the laptop. This should force eject the CD.
If there is still no movement of the CD in the drive, then perhaps the optical drive has a physical issue. If this is the case, then the only way to safely remove the CD is to remove the optical drive from the laptop and remove the top cover of the optical drive so you can lift out the CD.
While I have been able to repair many of the MacBook optical drives, I never had any luck repairing the MacBook Pro optical drives.

Holding down the trackpad and restarting my MacBook Pro did the job, out popped the CD. Thank you so much!!
