Two days ago, dwnld ios 13. Today I have no emojis. I can get emojis under keyboard but no response to
clicking for them. I did a reset all settings but nothing happened. I am trying the dark on my screen. Please help!

Thanks for that info and for choosing the Apple Support Communities. If I understand correctly, you are unable to use emojis on your iPhone in the keyboard as expected. First, make sure you have done this:
Use emoji on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch
Next, follow the steps in the section titled "If your display doesn't respond to touch" in this Apple resource and then contact Apple if you need any further assistance.
Get help with the display on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
