Followed previous directions. I am now reflecting two Phone Apps. Deleting one. Went to Settings. Under Keyboards, Emoji is reflected but no right pointing arrow to open. When I go to Add A New Keyboard, no Emoji is listed. Tried searching for it but none retrieved. Next steps?

Standard methods otherwise apply. Except unless; you're
having to restore from backup to PC/Mac whatever it had.

[And that may be due to the age of the phone series.]

An installer for iOS should have installed an original or
new emoji keyboard, that was included with that iOS.
While another 'volunteer' visiting these Communities
might have an answer; that may take more wait time.
Irrelevant of FaceBook; an authentic iOS app may be
missing or damaged. So as to not be seen at present.
If that were a Mac, there are different ways to re-install.
But iOS is quite the different animal!🐾🦁
