In iOS 13.2 a tiny iPhone keyboard comes up instead of a full screen width iPad keyboard. How can I get my iPad keyboard back

In iPadOS 13, you can pinch closed to shrink the keyboard,

to return to the full-size keyboard, pinch open. On the full-size keyboard, you tap keys to type (rather than slide). You can also use external keyboards to enter text on iPad. See Use Smart Keyboard and Smart Keyboard Folio with iPad and Use Magic Keyboard with iPad.
