Keep on Home Screen options doesn’t show up on Today’s View

Hello, The Keep on Home Screen option does not show up on the Today’s view even when I use my iPad Mini in landscape mode.

I’m wondering if it’s because this feature isn’t available on iPad Mini’s , but there is a tip for it in the Tips app.
