Picture in Picture doesn't work on iPadOS or I can't have float videos anymore!

I used to have float videos while working on other apps however after updating to iPadOS this feature doesn't work anymore! Does anyone experience a similar problem or know to how to fix it?

P.S. I checked General > Multi Tasking Dock > Picture in Picture is toggled

Youtube picture in picture stopped workinf after update (iPad) Hello there, i used to love the feature of the ipad where i could open my youtube app, and then go back to the homescreen WHILE the youtube video would minimize to the bottom right corner of the ipad. after a software update, it does not happen anymore. I also cannot find anything in the settings to enable it. What happened?

How to open image in full screen mode vs. split screen on side When I searched images I on my old iPad I was able to click on the image to view it in full screen mode without having to open the website and I could swipe to move to the next image, again without having to open the website. My new iPad opens images on the side as a split screen so the image is still small. If I want to view it larger I have to open the website, which I do not want to do. How do I get images to open in full screen mode vs. opening on the side? Turning off Allow Multiple Apps does not fix this issue.

It works fine on my iPad Air 2 running iOS 13.1.2. Did you try toggling the setting off, restart your iPad and then turn it on again? Are you sure that the videos that you want to watch are compatible? YouTube videos will not work unless you upgrade to their paid service.
