I have been getting this when I visit some websites what does it mean exactly I have never seen it until about 2 months ago while using Mojave now even more w/ Catalina?

That site's URL begins with http rather than https - the latter being a secure server. There is a general move towards https to prevent false versions of sites, but there's a long way to go before everyone is using it (particularly as it's likely to cost more for the site owner - my own site is https for which there is an extra charge) and it's going to be a real bore if browsers start flagging up every time a page they visit is http - especially as there's nothing the visitor can do about it.
