Hi Lostsenderinfo,

Thanks for coming to Apple Support Communities for help today with your iOS Mail app. It sounds like you aren't seeing any sender information when you view your inbox.

Have you restarted your iPhone yet: Restart your iPhone?

Have you tested your mail on a different Wi-Fi network or cellular data?

If these steps don't work, you will want to try removing the account and adding it back to the iPhone.

Before removing the account, check your email provider’s website by signing in using a computer. Check that all of your email is there or make sure that your email is saved somewhere else other than your iOS device.

You can remove the account by going to Settings > Passwords & Accounts > [Your Account] > Delete Account.

To set up the account again see: Add an email account to your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.

Let me know if that works.

Have a fantastic day!
