Unable to send emails after iOS update

2 updates ago I started getting the following pop-up when I try to SEND email. I can't send email for the last month.

Contact your email provider and check with them your SMTP parameters.

If everything is okay, and if you're using Apple Mail app, try deleting your email account on your iPhone, restart your device, then re-add that email account.

If you're using a different app, contact that app's support team and ask them.
