hey,um i took my phone(iphone xs) to take pictures in the water and it seemed fine then like 2 hours later some pixels on the screen start to flicker here and there. It wasn’t a big deal till the next day when i take out my phone mid way while its charging and i have some purple dead line pixel on the left side of my phone?? How do i fix this

No, you can't. When water gets inside an iPhone, it's only a matter of time till the electronics fail. Apple won't repair a water damaged iPhone. They replace them
No, the iphone is water resistant not waterproof, you're gonna have the phone replaced.
Can i just replace the screen?because everything else seems fine and the purple line on my phone would like disappear and come back after some few minutes it isn’t that big of an issue and when i said that i”take pictures in the water” it wasn’t for a prolonged time period it was for couple of seconds.
You said "take pictures in the water" as in you actually placed your iPhone IN WATER? If you put your phone in water, you have almost assuredly destroyed your phone as iPhone is NOT waterproof. And water damage is NOT covered by Apple warranty.
