I have iPhone 7 Plus , and apparently someone is on my iPhone , all my communications and even the passcodes of my social media apps are changing from time to time , also some of my contacts are being deleted or blocked
I changed my password for ICloud several times but always the same problem.
could you help me of how I can solve this issue and how is it done ? Is there a hidden app installed on my device!?
You can also add 2 Factor Authentication to your account for more security. If the attempts continue, you might want to consider a name change.

They exist, but putting them on an iPhone requires having physical access to your phone, already past the login screen, so it can be jailbroken and then have the spyware installed.
What is much more likely, and does happen, is someone knows your Apple ID and password. They then login to your account. Once there, no matter how many times you change the password, it won't affect them until they log out.

I don't know how to test for hidden apps. I've never heard of that capability before.
Do a backup and try a factory reset. Test to see if everything seems normal. If it is, then restore from your backup. If things again aren't right, do a factory reset and do not restore from a backup.
