Why does the App store still asking me to enter a password for my old App I'D that I have already changed?

Is there an update for an app that you downloaded with the old ID? Those purchases are tied to the other ID and can't be transferred. One option is to delete the apps/purchases made by the other ID and download them using the new ID if desired. If necessary, check your purchases history to see which apps/purchases weren’t made by the current ID.
Deleting the ID won't fix this problem.
All purchases made using an Apple ID are tied to the ID. Delete the ID and you will need to download them using your new ID. Make sure you sign out from the places in the 4th link before deleting the ID.
