Am receiving a charge for an application that is no longer supported. Unable to find within subscriptions.


How do I remove a charge that isn't shown in subscriptions. In fact when I go to settings, name (me), I don't have a subscriptions tab


Any suggestions?

You only have the one iTunes account, the payments for it show on that account's purchase history ? If the payments do show, but the subscription doesn't show on the account on neither your phone nor computer's iTunes, contact iTunes Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww (click on your country's flag, the country where you live, and which is therefore the country on the account ; click on Contact Support towards the top right ; click on Get Help under 'Talk To Us’)
