cant airplay using windows pc

Possibly related: AirPlay of audio material currently also doesn’t work from ‘older’ versions of iTunes (12.8) on Mac (Sierra). iTunes on the computer thinks that is is playing to an AirPlay destination, no errors of any kind, but the Apple TV with tvOS 13 doesn’t react at all.

I have reported feedback for this, and suggest that others with similar issues do the same. Feedback - Apple TV - Apple.

i'd be curious as to how much of what I've run into is affecting you as well. I'm still not able to Airplay from my Windows PC to my 4th Gen AppleTV. The 2x 2nd Gens and 1x 3rd Gen I own work fine.

Same here. I'm on the latest Windows iTunes and AppleTV 4k iOS. iTunes connects to AirPlay with no problem, but nothing happens on the Apple TV's end—no on-screen indication and no audio.
