This can be done by searching for the internet station that you'd like to play, or by connecting to an internet broadcast following the steps here:

I think it is sad and stupid that it takes an awesome person like tt2 to backdoor one of the best features of iTunes.
Apple, please stop screwing up your loved programs. When you have no competition, it is easy to get away with terrible decisions.
PLEASE FIX IT.
