I've updated the Macbook Air to latest Catalina 2 days back.
Now when I share the screen with someone during Skype call then It is only share the the desktop view to the people.
They cannot see my work or application but only desktop view.
I checked all the settings & these are fine.
How to resolve this?

You have to scroll down on the left list of options to find "Screen Recording"
