Notifications History
Why do my Notifications disappear so quickly plus it’s not showing the complete full message. I can’t locate the history to get caught up on what I missed. Please help me.

It sounds like you have some questions about how to get the most out of the Notifications app on your iPhone. For the most part it sounds like you are using banner notifications with a banner style of "temporary" so the information slides on and off the screen. You can change that setting to "persistent" for the notifications that you want to focus on.
"The Notification Center shows your notifications history — allowing you to scroll back and see what you've missed.
There are two ways to see your alerts from the Notification Center:
- From the Lock screen, swipe up from the middle of the screen.
- From any other screen, swipe down from the center of the top of your screen.
To clear your notification history: Touch and hold 
and tap Clear All Notifications. Or tap and tap Clear."
