Apple ID

I recently changed computers and had to copy my library to my new computer. Songs purchased with an old ID in my library will not play. The songs that do not play with the ID are ones I purchased with my work email address. I no longer work and do not have access to the email so when the verification code is sent to the email address I cannot access it.


Help please. I've been to the Apple Manage your ID page and how do I change my Apple ID but these did not help

Contact Apple ID Support to see if they can help you change your work email address to a functioning email address.
