IOS 13.1.2 incompatibility with car’s Bluetooth

I have the same issue on my 2014 Infiniti QX80. It’s worked fine ever since I purchased this car when it was brand new. Sounds like you also have a fairly new QX80. It worked until I updated my IOS a couple days ago. I can’t access my contacts and now I have to dial my contacts through my phone. After this I can talk through car, but I can’t see contact or play music. What is the fix for this?

I have a 2019 Infiniti QX80 and have begun to have random issues with the sonar and display screen going black. Dealership says they think it has to do with the new iPhone 11 I have. Anybody else experiencing these issues?

• Since you mention that this occurs after your iOS upgrade, there is also a step mentioning the need to check if the car stereo needs an update to work with the new iOS version, stating:

"If needed, install firmware updates. Check your car's manual for more information."
