Remove time stamp on track changes Pages

Hi - Is there a way to remove the time stamp from changes and comments when working on Pages? I want the track changes on as I need to see what they are, but I will be exporting this document to Word for someone else to work on and I don't want them to see at what time I was working on it. There doesn't seem to be any way to turn this off and I feel that it's a breach of my privacy for someone else to know at what time I was doing the work.
