I have a word document with tracked changes. How can I see these changes in Pages? The "view comments" doesn't work

Open the Word docx in Pages and in the Pages edit menu, turn on tracking, and on the left toolbar, click the View icon. This will open a tracked changes sidebar that looks like this:

Word and LibreOffice Writer track changes on the right-side of the document and Pages on the left. Default author color here is red, but that can be changed. This Word document was created in LibreOffice Writer 7.5.4 with tracking changes on, and then saved to a Microsoft 365 docx that was subsequently opened in Pages v13.1 on Ventura 13.4.

There is a dedicated Pages community for these types of questions.
