IPad Pro not updating
My iPad Pro 9.7 inch won’t update to ios13
If you were part of the iOS 12 beta, delete the profile and try again.

Explain won't update.
Does the update show as being available?

Not at all. See here - it's referring to iOS 13 but same holds true for 12.

When you say delete the profile, do you mean reset the iPad?

Hi Lyssa,
Its not even showing up when I check for an update, I thought it would be an compatible device and I’ve seen a few lists of supported hardware and it’s on there.
