FaceTime audio isn’t working

Why my FaceTime audio isn’t working on ip7? FaceTime video is working audio isn’t working. When other FaceTime users give me FaceTime audio call that’s moment user phone showing the FaceTime user doesn’t allow FaceTime audio call. Please tell me how can i solve it? Below have 2 screenshots
