FaceTime
I changed my 7+ to an 11 and for some reason my FaceTime audio stopped working. I can video call but when someone calls with audio it won’t connect and the option for audio isn’t coming up on my phone

FaceTime Audio is not permitted in some regions. If your phone is for that region, you will not be able to use that particular function. What is the model number at: Settings - General - About - Model = ???
