cannot get Microsoft solitaire collection to load to my I pad pro it used to and just stopped it shows up on my laptop but not my I pad

When I select a game the screen goes black and I get a small white ball that goes into a semi circular pattern. (Similar to the old fashioned egg timer display) this would suggest that the program is being loaded. Try uninstalling Solitaire from your iPad then re-install it.
