Verizon No Service after returning from overseas
I spent 2 weeks in Australia where I used an Optus Prepaid sim. On return to the USA I inserted my Verizon sim back in, but have no service. My wife went through the same process (Optus Sim followed by Verizon) and her phone works fine. We both have 6S phones, and all our settings are identical except for Mobile Data Options > Voice and Data > LTE, VoLTE On. Hers is set to On, and mine is Off. When I try to switch it on I get an error that says "Cannot Activate LTE calls. To enable LTE calls on this account, contact Verizon". I suspect my phone performed an IOS update while we were overseas. My wife's phone didn't, which may have triggered the issue.
I've worked with a number of tech support personnel at Verizon to fix this but had no luck. I've performed many many network resets, reset all settings, and even done a factory reset with no improvement. If I put the Optus SIM back in it works fine - connecting through AT&E, but calls and data usage would cost a fortune if I were to use it.
Any ideas?
