How do I find out if my iPhone is hacked?

I got an email in my old account. It was a bitcoin scam claiming they had access to my iphones camera etc. I have reassurance it’s fake but how do I find out if my iPhone is hacked and is they can see me

Such emails are scams. Simply delete the message and move on with your life.

Do note: posting personal information such as an email address (even an old address) on a web site viewed by millions of people, is an invitation to more spam.
