My Powerbeats Pro are connected but there is no audio what so ever

My power beats pro are connected to my iPhone but there is no audio what so ever. I’ve reset them multiple times but still nothing.

they still control pause and play on my phone but no audio

Thanks for posting in the Apple Support Communities about your Power Beats Pro earphones. If I understand, you don't have any audio coming through, though they will still control the playback. I'm happy to help!


I see that you've reset the earphones already using the steps in Reset your Beats earphones, but the issue continues. Based on that, I would suggest getting in touch with Apple Support directly: Contact Apple Support.
