After the last update, the dock doesn't show anymore and it is set to be shown all the time.

What happened after MacOS Catalina?

The dock doesn't appear anymore. Any solutions?

Dock no longer available after installing macOS Catalina. Going into System Preferences doesn't appear to help as I've toggled all of the available options within the Dock preferences. Automatically hide and show the Dock is currently unchecked. Moving the cursor to the bottom of the screen also doesn't bring up the Dock as it normally would.
