My battery is draining since iOS 13.1.2

Last week I upgraded my iPhone 6s Plus to iOS 13.1.2 and soon after I noticed a rapid decrease in my battery life. Before the update it was lasting a long time, but now I have to charge twice a day.. I’m doing the same or even less activity on my phone.. I’ve gone through my settings and have made changes to conserve on battery life and it hasn’t made much difference. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks
