Unable to load or update Apps after upgrade to iOS13

I am having lots of difficulty updating Apps and installing new ones from the App store since updating to the latest 13.1.2.

It just sits there loading indefinitely.

Is this a know issue? How do I fix this?

Also, I am also unable to connect to another device hotspot. (such as external printer).

Cannot use apps after iOS 15.4.1 update I am not able to use apps after iOS 15.4.1 update. It shows "waiting..." next to app icon

Apps will not load after 14.4 Apps won’t load on my iPad Pro 2nd gen. The apps open but does not load content. I’ve tried multiple WiFi connections. I’m almost certain it’s the update because everything was working before the update. please help!

Nevermind. Several reboots seems to have resolved the issue.
