iOS 13.1.2 update bluetooth issues

Since I updated my phone I have issues connecting to Bluetooth now anything I play loses audio randomly, Bluetooth disconnects, wifi randomly disconnects so I end up using high speed data at a crazy rate. Why do all the updates cause more issues than they fix??! I can’t even listen to anything on my phone anymore and that’s 80% of what I used my phone for. I tried everything from resetting it to rebooting with Bluetooth off and toggling it back on after it rebooted. I don’t know what else to do besides throw my phone out the window.
