Apple Music Family Plan and Verizon

I have Apple Music through my Verizon account. But the other lines on my account do not. How do I go about obtaining the Family plan so all I have to pay is $5.00 more per month instead of increasing the other lines on my Verizon plan to then pay $10 more per month for a total of $20 additional. Is there a sub plan through Apple that accounts for one line having Apple Music through Verizon that gives a upgrade to Apple Music Family Plan?
