Signing up for an Apple Music family subscription when I already have Apple TV+ and a iCloud subscriptions?

How do I sign in for an Apple Music family plan when I already have Apple TV+ ($4.99/month) and 200 GB of iCloud $2.61/month. It also appears that I have an iTunes Match account at $24.99/year expiring on March 4, 2022. Is there a bundle which will include all of these services. I do see the family plan at a cost of $14.99/month but there is no mention of Apple TV+ or iCloud in that plan.
