I wanted to ask how can I get an ANNUAL FAMILY SUBSCRIPTION to EPL music?
subscriptions only have an individual annual subscription

From what I see in the "What subscription plans are available" section for Apple Music:
Change your subscription from Apple - Apple Support
You can only get an annual subscription for the individual plan. The family plan appears to be monthly only.
You can buy and redeem an Apple gift card for the value of the entire year. Then your Apple ID balance will be deducted before any other charges.
