I am trying to re-set up my First Gen iPad running iOS 5.1.1 and when trying to log into the iCloud with my Apple ID, it asks me to enter an authentication code. But, there is no where to enter that code.
How do I log into iCloud with iOS 5.1.1 when there is no place to enter the authentication code?
